Friday is finally here and the work week is coming to a close.  Do you and your family have any exciting plans for the weekend?  Understanding the importance of spending quality family time together, we at the Southwinds Stockbridge apartment community wanted to share a few exciting family friendly events going on around town this weekend:

• Explore Panola Mountain State Conservation Park.  With temperatures in the low 60s and sunny skies this weekend, you and your family will love getting some fresh air while hiking along the park’s trails and setting up a picnic.
• Everyone can have a good time skating at the Starlite Skating Center in Stockbridge.  Friday night is always family night from 6-11pm, and the facility also features an indoor playground for the little ones less than 10 years old.
• Spend the afternoon at Yule Forest 155 in Stockbridge.  While this farm is seasonally popular with its pumpkin patch in the fall and its Christmas tree farm in the winter, families can still have fun year-round with blueberry picking, hay rides, the petting zoo, the science center, the Talking Chicken show and the Pioneer Rabbit Village.
