Many people have very discriminating tastes when it comes to Italian food. Unfortunately, a lot of restaurants cook fairly generic versions of Italian favorites. The Italian Oven is not one of them, they’re one of the best restaurants in Stockbridge.

You will find your favorites on the menu. From pizza to Stromboli and calzones, they’re all there served up fresh and hot, just the way you like them.

What makes the Italian Oven different, though, is the creativity that they put into their dishes. Their pastas and entrees are where the excitement really is.

They take traditional dishes and put twists on them that are more modern and inspired by local ingredients. For instance, they take ravioli and stuff it with Portobello mushrooms instead of the traditional meats and cheeses.

For another twist, you’ll find things on the menu that Italian restaurants don’t usually carry, like a salmon fillet, mahi mahi and even jambalaya. We hear that the Tuscan chicken may well be the best dish on the menu.
