Social Stockbridge: Monthly Community Bike Ride Event

To be really part of the Metro-Atlanta community in Stockbridge, residents should participate in the monthly community bike ride. The bike rides are the third Sunday of each month and are a great way for you to spend time as a family and enjoy a bike ride with friends and neighbors. Join the mayor on the Reeves Creek Trail and into nearby neighborhoods. Access the trail through Memorial Park. 
The bike rides will leave City Hall Parking lot at 3 p.m. and traverse five to seven miles of trail and streets before ending back at City Hall. Citizens of all skill levels are able to participate. Helmets are required while on the community rides.

Reeves Creek Trail was finished in August 2011 and consist of concrete paths lines with trees meandering through Memorial Park. The walkways are available to bikers, walkers and runners every day of the week.
Enjoy a picnic before or after the ride and reserve one of the pavilions or gazebo in Memorial Park. Pavilions are $35-$50 to reserve and the gazebo is $15-$25.
